Payment

Prepayment is necessary for all orders. We accept the following payment gateway methods:
Paypal – you can pay with your Paypal account or credit card
Stripe – most credit or debit cards accepted, as well as Bitcoin, Apple Pay and Android Pay

Carrier

We ship with USPS for all orders.

Delivery Policy

Most orders will be shipped within two business days. Transit times for various shipping methods are calculated from the time the order is received by the carrier, not from the time you place your order.

Order Tracking

In most cases you will receive a tracking number in your email notification when your order has been fulfilled.
Once a package is picked up by the carrier service, Flora of Asia releases responsibility for the shipment. Please ensure that the location your order is shipped to is safe and secure. Flora of Asia is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Your shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your products and your location. The webstore automatically calcuates the weight of your order and receives a rate request from USPS. You will be shown the cost of shipping before the final checkout page before you finalize your order.
Please check your shipping information is current and correct. Any packages that are returned due to incorrect information will be charged again for shipping.

International Orders (outside the USA)

International orders are subject to any customs charges, taxes or duties that are levied against the package. Orders may be delayed due to customs clearance. We are legally unable to declare your shipment as a gift or lower the value on customs forms. If a package is refused for some reason by an international customer, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. If a package must be abandoned due to costs, the customer is liable for the cost of the products. Customs arrangements and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

If there is any problem with your order, please contact us right away. If we have made a mistake we want to make it right with you. We guarantee replacement of items damaged in shipping. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order, and save the damaged packing materials and product until we have resolved the issue.

We offer refund or exchange for products returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unopened, with the safety seal intact.
We can issue a refund only to the same credit or debit card or account that was used to pay your order.
There is no fee for restocking, but you must ship the product back to us in a safe and verifiable manner.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
