How to use Flora of Asia Flower Essence Combination Formulas
Simply mist under your tongue 2-4 times a day. You may also mist into a glass of water, or apply to your skin on pulse points. It is best to take your formula first thing in the morning and just before bed, as these are times when you will tend to be the most receptive to the gentle influence of the flowers. Another good time to take your flower essences is whenever you have a little break in your day and you can take a moment to breathe, center yourself and remind yourself of your intentions for healing.
You may of course take your flower essences as often as you wish. In times of turmoil or intense emotional experience you may take your flower essences as often as every few minutes. There is no possibility of overdose, so take them whenever you need extra support.
How to use Flora of Asia Single Flower Essences
Select up to 6 flower essences that match the areas where you are looking for help. It is best to focus on one or two core issues to work with at any time. If you try to work with too many things at a time you are unlikely to make much progress. Try to identify your most pressing issue and start there.
Once you have made your choices, add two drops from each bottle of flower essence to a small glass of water and sip. Repeat 2-4 times a day.
It may be convenient to take your flower essences in your personal water bottle. Simply add 2 drops from each of your selected flower essences, fill with pure water, and sip throughout the day, refilling whenever your bottle gets low. Clean your bottle and start over each day with a fresh mix of essences and pure water.
Another option is to make a dosage bottle of your chosen flower essences.
However you wish to take your essences, remember that consistency over time will bring the best results. It is usually best to stick with the same mix of flower essences (or combination formula) for a month, and then evaluate your progress. Keeping some sort of journal will help you track your intentions and progress over time. At the end of each month, you may find you are ready to move on to a new topic or modify the blend to keep going with the current issue. Either way, check in with yourself, notice the changes you have made, and give yourself appreciation for your progress.
